Anna Dudenhoeffer Simpson assists clients in complex transactions, ever mindful of how an individual deal compliments the client’s long-term goals. Whether tackling the complexities of structure, negotiation or documentation issues, she facilitates lending transactions, including asset-based loans and restructures on behalf of both borrowers and lenders.  As part of her commercial lending expertise, Anna keeps up with current opinion practice in order to offer flexible and efficient assistance in nearly any transaction requiring capable local counsel in the jurisdictions where Polsinelli practices, including Missouri, Kansas and Delaware.  She also represents servicers of securitized loans in the specialized area of loan defeasance.  As a former commercial litigator, Anna’s comprehensive knowledge of every stage of litigation allows her to provide clients with unique and valuable insight.

Anna and her husband Chris are proud supporters of The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art.
