Adam Suroff focuses on defending product liability cases and business disputes. He is a trusted advocate, known for his work ethic and commitment to his clients. Adam is also an experienced and successful trial lawyer who has tried a number of high exposure and high profile cases to verdict.

Adam has defended numerous product manufacturers, distributors, component part suppliers, and retailers in state and federal courts. He has appeared in more than 20 states on behalf of corporate clients, and he has represented some of the largest corporations in the world. His representative clients include: General Electric, Honda, Isuzu, Nissan, Mazda, Subaru, Toyota, Hyundai, Porsche, Takata, Hino, Trane, Biomet, American Medical Systems, Endo Pharmaceuticals, and Apria Healthcare.

Adam has significant experience in business and complex commercial litigation, toxic tort, and professional liability. He has represented large national and international insurance companies in first party cases.

He is a frequent author of legal publications, including on behalf the American Bar Association. He has also written legal practitioner and practice materials for The Missouri Bar and has presented CLEs on the topics of discovery and trial strategy.
