Aaron Zerykier counsels clients on construction-related disputes through arbitration and in federal and state trial courts. Aaron represents clients in all construction industry sectors, including real estate developers, major general contractors, subcontractors, owners, design professionals and public entities.

Aaron also represents various clients in business divorce cases involving dissolution and other disputes among co-owners of closely held business entities, such as limited liability companies, corporations and partnerships. He has represented both control and non-control owners, often in family held businesses. Aaron frequently counsels business owners prior to litigation, not only to advise them of their rights, but to assist in designing and negotiating amicable separation of the parties.

In addition, Aaron has litigated disputes involving commercial, technology, real estate, environmental, insurance, contracts and business torts.
