Experienced in all facets of intellectual property law, Brian Diekhoff secures and manages intellectual property rights for growing and established businesses. Brian protects clients' intellectual property and assists them in bringing their innovations to market. He drafts and prosecutes patent applications in the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. Brian drafts and prosecutes design patent applications. He also conducts freedom to operate, patentability, and non-infringement opinions and analysis for patent matters. In his trademark practice, Brian assists clients with branding decisions and prepares trademark applications. He enforces clients' intellectual property rights; resolves patent, trademark, and copyright disputes; and performs due diligence for transactions involving intellectual property. Brian also prepares license agreements involving intellectual property.

In his patent practice, Brian has relevant experience preparing patent applications in a variety of technologies, including:

  • Construction materials, including concrete coloring and installation systems
