With an eye toward meeting stated project expectations and helping clients achieve their business goals, Bob Graham draws on his ability to assemble the intricate components that often typify complex financial transactions in the banking, insurance, and equity investment space. Bob does not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to advising clients, rather, he takes the time to understand clients’ unique businesses so he can assist them in an efficient manner that supports their short- and long-term strategies. 
Bob counsels developers and equity investors in a wide variety of federal tax credit assisted development transactions including:
  • Transactions involving federal new markets 
  • Historic, renewable energy and low-income housing tax credits
  • Brownfield credits and MDFB contribution tax credits
Bob advises clients in conjunction with financing, acquisition, sale, construction, development, leasing and management of commercial real estate.  Additionally, he focuses on organizing, counseling and maintaining corporations (profit and non-profit); limited and general partnerships; limited liability partnerships and limited liability companies.
