Guillermo (Bill) Mejia is an associate in the Real Estate Finance practice group. He is dedicated to providing effective and efficient legal solutions to clients. Bill regularly assists with the representation of clients in real estate financing transactions, including mortgage loans, securitized loans, construction loans, and mezzanine loans. Bill’s commitment to understanding the industry in which he practices in allows him to help his clients achieve their overall objectives.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Bill served as an Attorney-Advisor to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
