Babak Monajemi formulates and executes strategies to protect intellectual property with the goal of securing an optimal market position for clients. He counsels a variety of client types, ranging from individual inventors to local startups to multi-national corporations.

Babak's practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications related to:
