Babak formulates and executes effective intellectual property protection strategies with the goal of securing each of his clients an optimal market position. He counsels a wide-ranging group of clients on intellectual property matters, including individual inventors, startups, medium-sized companies and multinational corporations.

Babak's practice focuses on drafting and prosecuting patent applications directed to:

  • Advanced electrical, software and communications devices and systems, including cellular and wireless communication systems (5G, LTE and 802.x wireless networks)

Throughout the entire patent drafting and prosecution process, Babak communicates extensively with each client to adopt a patent protection strategy that is consistent with each client’s market position as well as current and future offerings and business objectives.
