Britteny Pfleger is dedicated to providing each client with the requisite legal materials to make strategic litigation decisions for their business. Britteny's practice centers on representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in commercial litigation matters and disputes. She is dedicated to understanding challenges from the client's perspective and executing litigation strategies that align with their broader business objectives.
  • Assisted in drafting Tenth Circuit brief on behalf of insured after district court dismissed insurer’s claims for deductible provisions.
  • Served on case team that won a motion for summary judgment on an antitrust claim brought by a state enforcer against a major non-profit health system. 
  • Assisted in defense of numerous breach-of-contract and business tort cases in state and federal courts across the country on behalf of payment card processors and acquiring banks.
  • Successfully enforced money judgment against members of a judgment-proof limited liability company.
  • Conducted legal, economic and industry research in preparation for filing a federal antitrust lawsuit on behalf of direct purchaser plaintiff.
  • Assisted in writing state court appellate briefs and a variety of motions on behalf of an employer in a wage claim case brought by two former employees.
  • Assisted in writing an Eighth Circuit brief for a non-profit client after the district court awarded the client summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action involving the insurer’s denial of coverage in a zip lining accident.
