Britteny Pfleger is dedicated to providing each client with the requisite legal materials to make strategic litigation decisions for their business. An associate in the Commercial Litigation practice, Britteny partners with Polsinelli's seasoned attorneys to provide practical litigation strategies that offer a comprehensive approach based on the clients' legal, economic, and industry needs. In implementing these strategies, Britteny has conducted intricate legal research, participated in complex discovery issues, crafted dispositive motions, and participated in appellate briefing at both the state and federal levels.

Britteny's practice centers on representing businesses, organizations, and individuals in commercial litigation matters and disputes. She is dedicated to understanding challenges from the client's perspective and executing litigation strategies that align with their broader business objectives.
  • Assisted team with successfully obtaining the dismissal of a breach of contract claim where the client’s insurer demanded reimbursement of deductibles subsequent to a judgment entered against the insurer in an equitable garnishment action.
  • Conducted legal, economic and industry research in preparation for filing a federal antitrust lawsuit on behalf of direct purchaser plaintiff.
  • Assisted in writing state court appellate briefs and a variety of motions on behalf of an employer in a wage claim case brought by two former employees.
  • Assisted in writing an Eighth Circuit brief for a non-profit client after the district court awarded the client summary judgment in a declaratory judgment action involving the insurer’s denial of coverage in a zip lining accident.
