Clients rely on Bryan Reid for his strategic counsel in a wide range of real estate matters. His real estate practice focuses on transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, financing and leasing on behalf of institutional investors, financial institutions and public and private real estate companies. Bryan is experienced in servicing transactions in a variety of industries, including office, student housing, senior housing, multi-family, condominiums and retail and has facilitated pre-development and equity joint ventures, restructurings, and equity interest sales and acquisitions matters on both a local and national scale.
