Represented shopping center developers in connection with grocery-anchored developments, acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leases.

Represented developer in the acquisition of land and transferable development rights in connection with the development of planned communities in South Florida.

Represented real estate investors and operators on nationwide acquisitions, dispositions and financings of multi-family apartment complexes.

Represented a cold storage investment company in negotiating industrial leases for large industrial buildings throughout the U.S.

Represented a real estate investor and operator on the $120,000,000 acquisition and financing of a residential condominium complex in Los Angeles, California.

Represented a U.S. real estate investment and property management company in the $300,000,000 acquisition and financing of a multi-family apartment complex portfolio in the greater Atlanta region. 

Represented a co-working company in the leasing of numerous Class A office spaces throughout the U.S.

Represented a national real estate developer in the acquisition, permanent financing, construction financing and development of a 700,000 square foot power center on 80 acres in the greater Jacksonville, Florida area. 

Represented an international jewelry manufacturer and retailer with its lease of approximately 12,000 rentable square feet in New York City for its first U.S. location.  The total value of the project is $78,000,000.  

Represented an international hedge fund with its new headquarters lease in West Palm Beach, Florida with a project value of approximately $90,000,000 and with a sublease of additional office space in Greenwich, Connecticut.

Represented a private equity firm in the acquisition and financing of a portfolio of golf and tennis clubs throughout the U.S.

Structure multistate secured financing transactions to minimize Florida documentary stamp and intangible taxes.
