Bryan Turner brings a wide range of experience to Polsinelli. He has represented lenders and borrowers in documenting commercial loans, including asset-based loans and cash flow financing. He has also represented borrowers and lenders in documenting, negotiating, and completing due diligence for real estate-secured loans, including conduit loans.

Bryan was previously an associate legal counsel for a real estate private equity firm, where he:
  • Managed outside lender counsel in connection with loan enforcement throughout the United States;
  • Performed due diligence for the purchase of commercial loans and real estate;
  • Drafted documentation for and negotiated commercial and residential real estate sales and leases, loan sales, and various workout structures;
  • Represented the developer in commercial real estate-secured loans, including acquisition and development loans; and
  • Negotiated real estate listing and broker agreements, management agreements, consulting agreements, confidentiality agreements, and construction contracts.

He has also worked as a special servicing asset manager at the nation’s largest third-party loan servicer, where he represented CMBS trusts and FDIC receiverships in all aspects of loan workouts.
