With extensive experience in public policy and state legislative affairs, Cara Alexander has a unique understanding of the legislative process and the impact public policy has on businesses large and small. She is committed to providing clients with a holistic and interdisciplinary approach to help solve their individual, legislative and legal challenges.

As a previous public information officer in the Missouri House of Representatives and a policy manager at a national organization specializing in Hospice and Palliative medicine, Cara has in-depth legislative experience and knowledge of the political process and health care institutions. Cara ensures clients have a constant presence at legislative hearings, meeting and events, and advocates their priorities before governmental bodies and agencies. Her broad understanding of communications, advocacy and legislative strategies help to make her an effective advocate for her clients and advance the legislative goals of their organization.
