Chris Campbell draws upon his prior experiences in commercial banking and commercial real estate management to forge strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and assist them in reaching their business goals. Prior to becoming an attorney, Chris gained real estate finance experience as both a lender and borrower in his roles as a commercial loan analyst, bank officer and property manager. His real estate knowledge includes managing commercial properties and analyzing properties for potential acquisition. His background of having represented both sides of a real estate transaction allows him to proactively anticipate potential issues and provide counsel on how to navigate those issues if they do arise.

Chris represents commercial lenders and servicers in commercial real estate transactions, including mortgage loan origination (including CMBS/securitized loans), loan sales, loan assumptions, loan modifications and other loan servicing issues. Chris drafts and negotiates documentation tailored to each transaction, reviews related due diligence to mitigate related risks by resolving issues through negotiations with opposing parties and third party vendors and manages these transactions to facilitate closings by coordinating with his clients, opposing counsel and our internal legal team.
