Cecelia Carroll dedicates her practice to the defense of companies in complex mass and toxic tort litigation involving exposures to asbestos, benzene, diacetyl, and other mineral products. Cecelia gives client-focused service in managing and coordinating the defense strategies for hundreds of claims throughout Missouri and Illinois. She is actively involved in every aspect of her client’s defenses, from pre-trial strategy and investigation, through discovery, substantive motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, trial, and post-trial work. Cecelia’s experience and expertise has allowed her to develop strong relationships and rapport with opposing counsel and judges in the region, allowing her to develop trust in her clients’ integrity and obtain favorable results on their behalf.

Cecelia is an active volunteer for the Missouri Right to Counsel where she helps alleviate backlogged public defender cases by serving as trial counsel for criminal defendants in the City of St. Louis.
