Cecelia Carroll is dedicated to the defense of companies involved in complex mass and toxic tort claims involving exposures to asbestos, benzene, diaceytl, and other mineral products. She is actively involved in every aspect of her client’s defense, from pre-trial strategy, through discovery, substantive motion practice, trial, and post-trial work. Cecelia incorporates her legal knowledge with her practical experience gained from serving as a law clerk for the Honorable Nannette Baker, Missouri Court of Appeals, as an intern for the Honorable Audrey Fleissig at the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and a faculty fellow while in law school. Cecelia is an active volunteer for the Missouri Right to Counsel where she has conducted a jury trial and negotiated a favorable plea deal to help alleviate backlogged public defender cases.
