Caryn Wang, an Associate in the Bankruptcy and Restructuring group, focuses her practice on bankruptcy and insolvency litigation. Caryn represents various parties-in-interest in the following capacities:
  • Chapter 7 liquidations
  • Chapter 9 debt adjustments
  • Chapter 11 reorganizations
  • State court receiverships
Prior to joining Polsinelli, Caryn served as a legal extern to the honorable Mary Grace Diel, United States Bankruptcy Judge for the Northern district of Georgia. During her tenure at Emory University School of Law, Caryn functioned as Executive Notes and Comments Editor for the Emory Law Journal, while graduating with high honors.
  • Lead counsel to Curae Health, Inc. and its affiliates in their Chapter 11 cases in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Tennessee, Nashville Division.
