Christine Brady Hoag has experience handling a wide variety of commercial real estate finance transactions, including originating, servicing, and restructuring of clients’ real estate loans. Over the years, Christine’s practice focused on the national representation of mortgage loan originators in structuring and documenting real estate loans - secured by all types of commercial properties - for securitization in the CMBS industry. She currently concentrates on closing transactions for lenders' floating rate programs secured by properties that generally do not yet qualify for permanent financing. She has been involved in numerous loan transactions and enjoys the opportunity to handle new issues and challenges.
  • Successfully closed a large multi-family cross-collateralized loan involving multiple borrower's and seven different properties for more than $170 million.
  • Closed a $60 million loan secured by a large retail property.
  • Helped analyze and review due diligence materials for a large merger and acquisition of multiple securitized assets.
