Chloe Hong counsels domestic and foreign clients in a wide variety of intellectual property matters with an emphasis in electrical engineering and computer science patent prosecution. She has represented multinational telecommunication systems corporations relating to fifth-generation technology standard including OFDMA and beamforming, broadband technology, computer hardware/software including data storage, signal processing in a communication network setting, computer networks and virtual machines, 3D virtual imaging technology, optical security devices and virtual reality systems and devices.

Chloe is committed to providing clients with strategic solutions on patent prosecution and technology matters that help clients reach their business goals. Before joining Polsinelli, Chloe earned her master’s degree in electrical and electronics engineering.
