Cassidy Re seeks to provide clients with the highest-quality representation and is committed to understanding the industry in which clients operate. Working closely with experienced Polsinelli attorneys in the Capital Markets and Commercial Lending practices, clients rely on Cassidy in assisting with commercial lending transactions, private credit and cross-border finance transactions, documentation issues, securitization and structured finance transactions.

Cassidy represents loan servicers and operating advisors in connection with closing commercial mortgage-backed securitization transactions and resolving post-closing issues in relation to commercial mortgage-backed securitization and collateralized loan obligation transactions. She provides valuable counsel to borrowers and lenders on business deals, acquisition financings and complex lending transactions. Cassidy’s practice includes representing financial institutions, commercial borrowers, private funds, and alternative lenders in asset-based loans, secured and unsecured credit facilities, and private equity financing transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Cassidy was a Polsinelli summer associate in 2019. Cassidy also worked as a legal extern for a Fortune 500 manufacturing company during law school and the City of St. Louis Circuit Attorney’s Office.
