As an associate in the Corporate and Transactional practice, clients rely on Christina to analyze each transaction matter to develop a strategic approach to representation based on the client’s immediate and long-term business and operational goals. She delivers a range of legal services during the life cycle of the client’s business—from negotiating transaction documents for debt and equity financing transactions to advising emerging companies on incorporation, organization, and corporate governance matters.

Christina regularly represents public and private companies, venture capital funds, and other strategic investors in the technology and biotechnology sectors. She also advises public companies on SEC reporting obligations and other compliance matters.
