Real Estate Acquisitions and Dispositions:

  • Represented developer in acquisition of $70MM portfolio of 8 properties in Chicago’s West Loop and River North Neighborhoods.
  • Represented developer in acquisition of $17MM office building in Chicago’s River North neighborhood and in obtaining $11.45MM CMBS loan to finance the acquisition.
  • Represented seller in $3.5MM sale of single tenant industrial property in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
  • Represented developer in acquisition of $2.6MM parcel of land in Chicago’s Bucktown neighborhood and in obtaining $3.6MM loan to finance acquisition and construction of a gas station.
  • Represented seller in $3.6MM sale of single tenant gas station in Algonquin, Illinois.
  • Represented developer in acquisition of $3.75MM portfolio of 3 properties in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood and in obtaining $3.4MM loan to finance the acquisition.
  • Represented investment fund in acquisition of $2.45MM single-tenant retail property in Texas.
  • Represented developer in acquisition of 1.7MM portfolio of 3 commercial condos in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood and in obtaining $1.3MM loan to finance the acquisition.

Real Estate Leasing:

  • Drafted office and retail leases, amendments, modifications and terminations for landlords and tenants throughout Chicagoland area.
    • Represented landlord in drafting and negotiation of lease for approximately 5,300 sf of restaurant space in Chicago’s West Loop neighborhood and in obtaining $1.3MM loan to finance the acquisition.
    • Represented ground lessee in drafting and negotiation of 99 year ground lease for retail space in Chicago’s Wicker Park neighborhood.
