Cynthia Weiss brings a commercial view to her representation of both lenders and borrowers, helping develop practical solutions to achieve client’s goals and emphasizing efficiency throughout the process of negotiating and documenting a deal. Cynthia’s practice covers a wide range of debt financing transactions, including cash-flow and asset-based facilities, acquisition financings, bridge loans, and subordinated debt. Cynthia represents a broad range of lenders, from large private equity firms to family offices. She also works with borrowers across a range of industries, with a particular focus on health care, technology and consumer goods. In addition, she advises clients on matters involving secured financing issues and general corporate matters.
