  • Represented special servicers of securitized loan in consent to restructuring transactions in advance of issuance of debt bonds in Tel-Aviv Stock Exchange.
  • Represented borrower in obtaining lenders’ consent to transfers of interests in over 40 securitized loans in roll-up transaction involving more than $1.5 billion in real estate assets.
