Denise Delcore partners with company owners, managers and human resource professionals to proactively prevent and solve workplace matters, using an approach that aggressively protects practical business needs. In addition to her over ten years of industry experience, Denise is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and as a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), the preeminent nationally recognized credentials for mastery of strategic and policy-making aspects of Human Resources management. Her practice focuses on the management side of labor relation, human resource counseling and proceedings before state and federal agencies. Under the National Labor Relations Act and Railway Labor Act, she routinely defends employers against unions in representation elections, unfair labor practice charges and grievances over employee discharges and labor contract interpretation disputes.

Denise provides practical and proactive human resources counseling, conducts human resource audits, and develops comprehensive compliance programs on best practices, wage and hour issues, handling of employee leave and accommodation under FMLA and ADA and workplace conflict solutions. To further serve clients, she teaches workplace best practices training on anti-harassment, anti-discrimination and anti-retaliation.

Further, Denise tries jury trials for management-side clients combating harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and non-compete lawsuits. Having formally served as a plaintiff’s side trial lawyer handling the Missouri Human Rights Act and Title VII cases, Denise leverages a unique insight into the challenging issues faced by her defense clients.
