David Hall enjoys representing clients in-depth, developing a close relationship, and getting to know their business objectives in order to provide the best, most comprehensive representation. David has handled all types of real estate transactions over his career and believes in the importance of finding practical and cost effective ways to represent clients to meet their business needs and expectations. His representation of clients includes some of the largest national real estate owners as well as smaller, local developers and owners. David has represented clients coast to coast in all aspects of buying, selling, financing, and developing real estate including multifamily, office, retail and healthcare projects.
  • Representation of one of the nation’s largest owners of multifamily properties in all aspects of the acquisition, financing, and disposition of its properties.
  • Representation of a national owner of office properties in a program over several years for the disposition of office properties totaling $2-3 billion per year.
  • Representation of a client in the sale of a portfolio of multifamily properties in several states for an aggregate value of approximately $1.3 billion.
  • Representation of a client in the acquisition of three multifamily properties in New York City for approximately $590 million.
  • Representation of a client in the formation of a joint venture for the assemblage and acquisition of numerous parcels of real estate for a proposed multifamily development project in Florida and for the subsequent construction financing for the project.
  • Representation of a client in the acquisition and formation of a joint venture with the existing owner of a multifamily apartment project valued at $80 million.
  • Representation of a client in the formation of a joint venture with a developer for the acquisition, development and financing of a two-phase multifamily apartment project consisting of an improved phase valued at $59 million and a development phase valued at $45 million including construction costs.
  • Representation of a client in the redemption of ownership interests of other owners in eight joint ventures owning self-storage properties with a gross equity value approximately $58 million.

  • Representation of a client in the work out of a joint venture transaction involving a multifamily project located in New York City.
  • Representation of a national office owner in a series of joint venture transactions where the client sold up to a 75 percent interest in existing office properties located in major markets across the United States. These transactions totaled in excess of $1 billion for the interests sold.
