Doug Noren believes a prerequisite to providing legal counsel in the real estate industry is an understanding of the business implications and opportunities involved in these often complex transactions. Doug represents lenders, investors and developers in the acquisition, financing, leasing and sale of commercial real estate properties. He has a strong focus in real estate finance matters, including representing lenders and borrowers in mortgage loans, revolving credit facilities, mezzanine loans and preferred equity investments. Doug has represented lenders and borrowers on numerous constructions loans for large office, hotel, multifamily and campus developments. He regularly represents investors in the acquisition and sale of office, multifamily and hotel properties and distressed debt. In addition, Doug has substantial office leasing experience.
