Emily Harvin is an associate in the Employment Disputes, Litigation and Arbitration practice. Emily regularly advises corporate clients and individuals in all aspects of complex employment matters from inception through trial and regularly counsels clients on avoiding litigation and day-to-day employment related matters. Emily’s practice focuses on the defense of employers in all facets of employment matters including:
