Ellen Henrion works closely with employers to develop comprehensive solutions for the complex and often sensitive workplace issues they face. Working with seasoned attorneys, she assists clients with a wide variety of workplace related issues, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wage claims, reductions in force and affirmative action compliance.

Prior to joining Polsinelli, Ellen worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Philip A. Brimmer at the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and for the Honorable Mary R. Russell at the Supreme Court of Missouri.
