In addition to formal education and extensive research experience in molecular microbiology and microbial pathogenesis, Erin Hill has significant experience in technical and product-based assessments in the context of new product evaluation for pipeline growth and new product launch, as well as for university technologies. Prior to joining the firm, Erin worked as a consultant for pharmaceutical and biotech companies where she conducted market research with key opinion leaders in multiple therapeutic areas, including neurology, ophthalmology, diabetes, rheumatology, gastroenterology, cardiovascular disease, oncology, and pain.  

Erin leverages her previous experiences to prepare and prosecute patents, and assist with patentability, freedom to operate, and due diligence efforts for intellectual property transactions. Her areas of focus in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and life science disciplines include pharmaceuticals, biologics, molecular diagnostics, genetically modified organisms, cell-based therapies, gene therapies, gene-editing technologies, animal feed supplements and additives, and human nutritional supplements.
