Emily Phillips strives to provide the best service to each of her clients. She draws on a diverse array of transactions that inform her approach to each unique client and transaction structure. 

Emily represents both borrowers and lenders in complex lending transactions, loan modifications and acquisition finance. She has worked with both large private debt funds as well as regional banks to structure financial transactions that suit the needs of their customers.

Emily has experience working in healthcare bond financings, capital markets, specifically aircraft backed securitizations and in commercial mortgage backed securities on behalf of servicers and operating advisors. Emily is also committed to giving back and works pro bono on immigration matters such as asylum and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status. 

Emily represents commercial banks, credit funds, issuers, borrowers and servicers on transactions related to:

  • Acquisition finance
  • Senior, mezzanine and subordinated lending
  • Aircraft finance
  • Real-estate secured loans
  • Commercial mortgage backed securities
