Eloise M.K. Hirsch is committed to understanding the industry in which each client operates. As an associate in the Real Estate practice, clients rely on her to identify issues, analyze solutions, and develop practical responses to transactional and development-related real estate matters. Eloise works closely with seasoned Polsinelli attorneys in the Real Estate practice to represent developers and owners spanning a broad range of matters including leasing, acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of single- and multi-family residential, resort, retail, and office projects.

Conducting efficient and holistic planning, she strives to identify and address potential complications in the transaction process before they arise.

  • Represented the master developer of a Colorado master planned community, including work related to the homeowners' association, sales of lots to homebuilders, and sales of lots for commercial developments
  • Represented a resort owner with respect to multiple real estate development projects, including housing and parking projects

  • Conducted due diligence for investors' acquisition of an interest in a portfolio of wind energy projects spanning multiple states
