Edward Musharbash is committed to understanding the industry in which each client operates. As an associate in the real estate practice, clients rely on him to analyze and develop responses to transactional and development-related matters. Growing up and working in his family's real estate development business, he was able to witness first-hand the many intricacies required to take a project from an idea to completion. Edward applies his background in real estate matters to identify and address potential complications that clients might encounter during the transaction process.  Edward has experience assisting hospitals and healthcare systems with various facets of their real estate needs, including the complex regulatory issues facing the health care industry in connection with such real estate transactions
  • Assisted a large health care system in connection with strategic acquisition of hospital adjacent assemblage for further hospital development.
  • Represented health care system in reorganization of roughly one billion dollars of real estate assets and reapplication of property tax exemptions in connection with the reorganization.
  • Represented seller in a complex roughly 500 million dollar multi-state sale-leaseback transaction.
  • Assisted LIHTC developer in structuring transaction to develop a multifamily apartment complex for low and moderate income families.
