Enes Ovcina is a patent litigator dedicated to achieving positive and cost-effective results for clients. He is experienced in handling various aspects of litigation ranging from pre-filing investigations through pre-trial briefing, including managing discovery, participating in depositions, preparing expert reports, writing motions, assisting with oral arguments and preparing for trial.
