Fatuma Kelleh is committed to providing comprehensive solutions to her clients’ real estate business needs. As an associate in the Real Estate practice, Fatuma is committed to navigating clients through the nuances and complexities of the real estate industry. Fatuma draws on her broad experience representing real estate developers, municipalities, and corporations to provide a unique perspective to her client’s real estate and project financing objectives. Her practice focuses on providing a wide range of legal services in real estate transactions, finance and development–including economic development incentives, land use and zoning, leasing, acquisition, and disposition.

Working alongside seasoned Polsinelli attorneys in the Real Estate practice, Fatuma helps to deliver a range of legal services during the life cycle of a real estate transaction – from the negotiation and drafting of commercial contracts, all the way through due diligence, development approvals, financing, and closing. By conducting thorough and efficient due diligence, she is able to identify and address potential complications that clients might encounter during the transaction process.

  • Real and personal property tax exemptions and credits;
  • New Markets Tax Credits;
