Greg Cohen brings more than 25 years of legal experience. Having spent most of his career as an in-house attorney, he understands the day-to-day pressures that business leaders and stakeholders face and the challenges of scaling quickly in strong markets and re-trenching in weak ones. He has deep experience moving through multiple business cycles and recognizes the importance of nimbly responding to changing economic conditions.

Greg prides himself on his personalized approach in handling client matters, including taking the time to listen and understand the business. He then regularly works to understand the unique challenges the client faces and works to provide the strategic and tactical solutions needed in order to achieve those business objectives. He recognizes that legal matters rarely exist in isolation and works to take a holistic approach to meeting each client’s business needs which includes understanding how each matter fits into the client’s broader business objectives.
