Gabe Zorogastua has 10 years of experience helping clients address antitrust problems. He has counseled clients on health care mergers and acquisitions transactions involving hospitals, physician groups, pharmaceuticals, and group purchasing organizations. Although Gabe's practice focuses primarily on health care, he also regularly represents clients in other industries in antitrust and commercial disputes.

Given the cost involved in filing or defending an antitrust lawsuit or investigation, Gabe first counsels clients on identifying and reducing antitrust and other litigation and regulatory risks. In addition, Gabe has litigation experience that includes allegations of price manipulation and price fixing, vertical restraints on pricing and output, exclusive agreements, and other alleged restraints of trade.

Gabe also has significant Fair Credit Reporting Act experience.  He has defended one of the big three consumer reporting agencies in more than two hundred cases.  He is also an adjunct professor at the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law, where he teaches Consumer Protection.

As a native of Peru, Gabe is particularly interested in helping Hispanic-owned businesses and Latin American companies seeking to expand their business into the United States. He serves as an outside general counsel for these and other businesses and, in conjunction with other members of the firm, can help them with basically any legal issue that arises.
