Helena Berezowskyj is an attorney who focuses her practice primarily on patent litigation. She is experienced in handling a variety of patent litigation issues, including pre-filing investigations continuing through pre-trial briefing, including managing discovery, writing motions, participating in depositions, preparing expert reports, writing motions, trial briefs and appellate briefs.
