In his extensive commercial real estate practice, Irwin Blond concentrates on transactions, including the sales and purchases of apartment complexes, shopping centers, office buildings and manufacturing facilities. Clients depend on him to negotiate leases, and counsel them about partnerships, joint ventures, and multiparty ownership arrangements.

Irwin’s advice on construction and permanent financing, workouts and restructuring, mechanic’s liens and property tax matters keeps his clients’ projects on track. When coordinating complex regional mall leases, he oversees everything from the inception of the project through leasing to tenants.
  • Negotiated nationally and locally for complex retail and industrial leasing arrangements on behalf of both landlords and tenants, including the largest industrial and office developers in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
