John B.   • Represented the lender in a $29 million transaction for the acquisition of land and construction of a multi-use retail and apartment complex in the Orlando, Florida area.
  • Represented the agent in a $70 million syndicated transaction for the construction of an outlet center on Indian Tribal Land that connects two casinos in Connecticut.
  • Represented the lender in a $50 million revolving line of credit secured by a pool of real property located across the United States.
