Jane Arnold develops strong relationships with clients that inform her wide scope of experience in mergers and acquisitions representing private equity sponsors, strategic purchasers and sellers extends across diverse industries with a primary focus on health care industry transactions. Between acquisition and exit transactions, Jane often provides continuing guidance through operational ups and downs. She has a deep understanding of the health care industry and applies that knowledge in a sophisticated transactional practice, and currently serves as chair of the firm's Health Care Alignment and Organization practice. Jane’s 25 years of experience allow clients to achieve their business goals in a complex regulatory environment.

  • Representation of Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm, in the acquisition, disposition and portfolio work for a number of its portfolio companies including Freddy’s, Marmic Fire & Safety, LifeSpan Biosciences, Inc., Revenue Management Solutions, Data Dimensions and Isto Technologies
  • Representation of a private equity backed revenue cycle management company in connection with add-on acquisitions and regulatory advice
  • Led transaction where BioScrip, Inc. purchased the stock of HomeChoice Partners, Inc. for $70 million.
  • Lead regulatory counsel in $110 million sale of private-equity owned home medical equipment company to strategic buyer.
  • Led team to signing of $223 million purchase by BioScrip, Inc. of the assets of CarePoint Partners, LLC, and its subsidiaries.
  • Provided regulatory advice to ensure state law licensure of United Kingdom-based biologic products manufacturer.
