James Bergin is committed to understanding the industry in which each client operates.  As a Shareholder in the real estate practice, clients rely on James to analyze and develop responses to transactional and development related matters. James applies his background in real estate matters to identify and address potential complications that clients might encounter during the transaction process. He has experience working with clients in a variety of industries on projects across the country. Whether a matter is specific to office leases or mixed-use development, or whether it involves the conveyance of power facilities or manufacturing plants, his extensive experience is an asset for each client’s arsenal. Prior to beginning practice, James clerked for the Honorable Duane Benton of the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eighth Circuit.
