Jahn Braquet leverages his extensive experience in FinTech, Blockchain, AI, Big Data, and other technologies to fully understand the intellectual property at the core of an increasing proportion of today’s business disputes and transactions. Jahn assists clients in a variety of industries to assert and defend their business interests in courts across the country.

Before law school, Jahn completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Engineering with a concentration in Electrical Engineering. Subsequently, Jahn developed software for NASA on the Engineering Science Contract at its Johnson Space Center campus. Jahn later worked in the Technology division of a top global oil and gas services firm managing global digital document flow and assisting with disaster recovery planning.

While earning his law degree, Jahn was the Principal Cloud Architect for one of the world’s largest investment firms as ranked by asset under management. In this position, Jahn designed and developed enterprise-wide technology solutions, performed technology due diligence, implemented Blockchain, AI, and Big Data projects, presented cutting edge technology options to senior management, and guided in-house and consultant teams to success in those technologies. Jahn held this position throughout law school, balancing his studies with the highest levels of corporate, and technology guidance. During law school, Jahn also interned in the Southern District of Texas in the court of the Hon. Judge Andrew Edison.

Outside of work, Jahn develops and implements personal hardware, firmware, and software projects frequently involving embedded systems, 3D printing, renewable energy, and cloud technologies.
