John Bruzina has represented a wide variety of institutional and private lenders in the origination of complex construction financing transactions, secondary mortgage market lending, and permanent financings, involving loans secured by multifamily apartment complex developments, office buildings, hotels, commercial and mixed-use developments, and industrial warehouses across the country.  John has also advised clients in all aspects of asset management, including modifications, additional loans, deal-specific matters including development agreements, declaration agreements, releases, conveyances, and borrower intra-organizational transfers.  John brings to his practice diverse, client-side insight and judgment acquired during several years, prior to practicing law, in P&L management and business development with progressive upward responsibility in localities throughout the Midwest.
