Jonathan Buck provides strategic legal, compliance and operational guidance and support to a wide range of health care clients. Jonathan’s practice focuses on advising clients on health care regulation, all aspects of Managed Care relationships and contract terms, assessment of claims or contract disputes, revenue cycle operations and general business strategies, including identifying operational improvements designed to support provider obligations, comply with applicable law, or to mitigate the impact of commercial payer tactics and claims adjudication practices. He is skilled in devising litigation avoidance and risk management strategies for health care entities as well as resolving disputes for clients through negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation. Jonathan supports his clients in entering into a variety of different value-based reimbursement models with commercial payers, provides guidance on strategy, risks and critical considerations, and works closely with his clients to identify and implement solutions that fit the organizational needs.  Jonathan provides legal support to a wide array of contractual arrangements, including upstream and downstream provider and payer contracting, management services arrangements, vendor contracts, and purchased service agreements.  With constant change in law and regulation, he regularly assists clients in navigating new laws that impact contractual relationships and a provider’s revenue cycle rights or operations. Jonathan is committed to delivering innovative solutions for clients and their business needs in the evolving health care industry.
