Dr. Jenny Chen counsels both U.S. and international clients in a wide-array of patent-related matters in the Biotech and Life Science space, including prosecution, opinion, due diligence, licensing and post-grant proceedings. Her practice focuses on matters including biosimilars, antibodies, cell therapies, gene therapies, diagnosis and pharmaceutical formulations. She is particularly experienced in strategic counseling on life cycle management of both biological and small molecule products.

Dr. Chen leverages an in-depth understanding of the industries in which clients work. Prior to joining Polsinelli, Dr. Chen served as a postdoctoral fellow in the laboratory of Dr. David Hafler at Brigham & Women’s Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Her research focused on T cell activity in autoimmune diseases such as Type I diabetes. Dr. Chen received her Ph.D. from Baylor College of Medicine, with a focus in molecular biology and pharmacology.
