Jay Guiliano has spent more than 11,000 hours challenging patents in his 15+ years in the legal profession. 

With a concentration on patent litigation and reexaminations, Jay’s extensive experience involves a variety of technologies, including cellular telephones, player tracking devices for gaming systems, interactive voice response systems, electronic payment systems, aeronautical oxygen systems, fuel injection control systems, parking brake systems, medical devices, and tire pressure monitoring systems.

Jay also has extensive advocacy experience. He has been involved in more than 50 post-grant proceedings and has successfully represented multiple clients in multidistrict patent litigation. 

Jay cofounded Patdek Software, which is cloud-based patent analysis software that allows users to manage, mark-up and share their research.
