Jennifer assists clients to protect their innovations, focusing her practice in the drafting and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications. Her practice also extends includes IP due diligence, portfolio management, and freedom to operate and infringement opinions, as well as litigation and post-grant proceedings. Jennifer has experience with intellectual property transactional matters, including trademark prosecution and commercial and intellectual property litigation, including inter partes review (IPR), Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, and District Court litigation. Representative technologies include aerospace, cybersecurity, computer methods, engine components, industrial equipment, exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) systems, and online gaming.

Prior to practicing law, Jennifer provided intellectual property support to an American aerospace manufacturer, collaborating with engineers on invention disclosures, patent analysis and clearance analysis. She is a patented inventor, holding a U.S. patent related to turbine engine technology.

  • Represented casino gaming developer, High 5 Games, in patent litigation and at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board related to electronic slot machines. Successfully invalidated four asserted patents according to 35 U.S.C. §§ 101 and 112(6).
