Jason Lee loves dirt - has since he was a small child. But, for the past 20 years, he has channeled that love into helping his clients with all sorts of real estate issues. From purchases and sales to leases and easements, Jason guides the transaction to completion. If dirt is involved, Jason is in.

One of Jason's primary focuses is real estate lending. His understanding of the complexities of commercial lending and loan servicing assures his clients that their security is rock solid. Jason’s clients depend on his experience to produce a product that they can rely on. He has spent years analyzing and negotiating permanent mortgage loans, bridge loans, asset based loans, operating loans and construction loans for a wide range of businesses and property types, including farms, ranches, agribusiness facilities, hotels, shopping centers, apartment complexes, and self-storage facilities.

Whether it is a fixed-rate conduit loan on a mobile home park in Florida, a floating rate balance sheet loan on an office building in New York or a syndicated credit facility on a portfolio of medical office buildings across the country, Jason efficiently addresses all legal issues to move the loan over the goal line. He also assists his clients with various servicing issues and loan modifications once their loans are closed.

  • Closing and modification of 10 credit facilities totaling over $75,000,000 in relationship exposure and secured by land, equipment and cattle.
  • Assist with closing of a $400,000,000 syndicated credit facility secured by a portfolio of medical office buildings.
  • Closing of a $35,000,000 securitized loan secured by a portfolio of commercial properties in various states.
