Joelle Wilson is dedicated to creating results-driven solutions and opportunities within the complex regulatory health care environment. Joelle leverages her deep understanding of health care to counsel hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, and providers with regard to legal, operational and regulatory health care issues. She advises clients on regulatory compliance and operational issues, corporate compliance programs, including compliance program implementation, assessment and overall risk mitigation, and a variety of legal and regulatory issues affecting the industry.

Joelle has deep knowledge in the digital communication health care space, including both state and federal telehealth and telemedicine laws and regulations, and guidance for start-up technology companies. Joelle’s telehealth experience includes:

Joelle’s prior experience at a start-up health care technology consulting firm and cancer treatment and research institution helps her to identify problems and develop effective, innovative legal solutions for health care clients.
