Josh Pranckun helps clients protect their ideas. Whether it is a new idea for a web interface, a guitar body or a surgical device, he enjoys making the connection between a company’s intellectual property and its business needs. In all aspects of his role as a patent and trademark attorney, Josh strives to add value to the client’s business. From counseling clients on general intellectual property protection to drafting complex patent applications, Josh understands the value of protecting intellectual property as it relates to the client’s business needs.

Josh is dedicated to assisting clients in the areas of patent and trademark application preparation and prosecution, as well as general counseling on intellectual property protection strategies. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked as a mechanical engineer in the areas of robotic design and high-tech tape and disc storage. His representative legal experience includes:
