William "Joe" Shull is a litigator who focuses his practice in the area of health care professional liability defense. Joe has represented hospital systems, physicians, and other individuals in every stage of the litigation process — from Petition to verdict, through appeal. Joe's experience also includes assisting health care clients in contractual disputes, HIPAA matters, Medicare and Medicaid audit appeals, peer review, and credentialing.

Joe earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law where he was an Associate Editor on the Kansas Law Review.
